I’m Georgia, and among many other things, I am a software engineering manager. After completing my degree in mathematics at the University of Warwick, I began my first role as a graduate software engineer with a London-based telecoms company. Later, spending a number of years at Microsoft, I worked on a range of software projects and teams, specialising in quality engineering and software testing. Along the way, I transitioned into coaching and management roles.
I originally created this blog to track the journey of a “testing tour” of different teams and products in the company I worked in, before my priorities changed and made it too impractical to continue. I then shared a couple of posts with some general, software quality-related musings.
Although this blog is no longer being updated, I am leaving it up in the hope that it still provides value, and am still able to be contacted on LinkedIn or via the form below.
